Since peer-to-peer, torrents, and youtube are all risky services, the choice is going to a number of internet movie download services. Techcrunch has a nice comparison and reviews of these services that are available out there in the market.
It seems like GUBA is the best option in terms of price and referral fee. Unfortunately, mac users have only one choice, iTunes. Anyway, borrowing DVD from library is still my best choice. Yikes!
