The scholarships include tuition waiver and monthly stipend of SGD2,000 (approx. USD1,380), which are tenable for 4 years. The stipend will comfortably cover living expenses for a single person in Singapore.

Minimum requirements:

• A good Bachelor’s degree at a reputable university
• Master’s degree in a related area
• GRE
• TOEFL is required only for applicants whose undergrad education is not in English.
